RV Description:
35 feet, Winnebago Voyage, 2005, 12,000 miles, Interior: Beige, Exterior: Gray/White, $72,500

Comments: This 2005 Winnebago Voyage motorhome is in great condition. We are the second owners - having bought it in Sept. 2006. This 35-foot unit has been garaged since we bought it (except when we were using it!). It has low mileage (11,200 miles), a Chevrolet Workhorse engine & an Allison transmission. We have an extended warranty - Platinum level, good until Sept. 2012 or 75,000 miles that is transferable to the new owners. We also have a 7 year Tire-Guard Road Hazard Coverage that is in effect until Sept. 2012 or until tire tread is less than 3/32 of an inch, that is also transferable. This unit has 3 electric slides, making it spacious on the inside. Lots of storage space! The floor is part vinyl (beige) & part carpeting (green). The interior is mostly beige & the exterior is gray & white. The kitchen has all the usual appliances, which are in good working order. There is an extra Faucet to one side of the double bowl sink, that delivers filtered water. The stove & oven are run on LP gas, while the refrigerator can be run on electric or LP gas. Lots of good lighting in the kitchen. Nice size microwave. There is a counter garage to hide/store whatever. Also a slide-out table that gives more counter space to work on. Pantry pullout is next to the refrigerator. The bathroom has a sliding door to separate it from the front of the motorhome & a regular hung door with a glass panel & window cover that separates the bathroom from the bedroom. The shower, sink & medicine cabinet is on one side of the bathroom, while the toilet is on the other side, in a room of its own. We had a tall toilet installed -much more comfortable! The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with foam mattress (very comfy), bedside tables (ledges) & bedside drawers. There is overhead storage Space above the head of the bed. The bed lifts for storage underneath. A closet & drawers are on the wall at the foot of the bed. There is a 20in RCA television in the bedroom. Living/dining area - the couch cushions are foam - extremely comfy. At the touch of a button, the couch converts to a bed - once again, very comfy (there are no bars across the sleeping area to make it uncomfortable). The dining table can also be converted to a bed (kind of a short one!). There are benches on each side of the dining table (with storage underneath). There is a 24in flat screen television (with remote) above the 2 cab seats in the front. The cab seats swivel in any direction so you can face forward or face the living/dining area. A tray pulls out directly in front of the passenger cab seat, enabling the passenger to have a desk-top area. A swivel lounge chair is across from the couch. It has a lock mechanism to hold it in place while the motorhome is in motionA Kingdome Automatic Satellite System is on the roof to provide TV programming. There are 2 areas above the cab seats that house your receivers, DVD players or whatever you need room for. In-dash RV Radio with AM/FM stereo & a cassette/CD player, has a mounted remote control on the steering wheel & an additional hand-held remote. An exterior entertainment center contains a radio/CD player & a TV hookup for outside listening & viewing pleasure. There is a door on the driver's side. The mirrors are electric remote with defrost. There are automatic hydraulic leveling jacks & a rear-view monitoring system to help you back up. There are awnings over each of the slide-outs & then one electric patio awning. There are triple steps leading into the entrance door, a separate screen door & a deadbolt lock. We are selling the motorhome because we just dont use it very much & we really cannot afford to keep it in todays economy. It's a great motorhome-it drives like a dream & has plenty of power . We are non-smokers but do have dogs. I'm sure I havent covered everything but it's a start. Be sure to check the floorplan & the pictures. You can go online to Winnebagos website (www.winneba!!oind.com) & check out the specifications for the 2005 Winnebago Voyage unit. This unit is listed as 35A.
