Comments: We will guarantee everything is in working order when it leaves the property, some of the original warranties are still in place. We were the second owners on this RV and we loved it for 3 years. We traveled showing our miniature horses. now with My MS, we can not travel like we used to and had to give up our miniature horses. So, the last thing to go is the RV. We have down-sized everything else. 52 to 4 horses. Ranch to small acreage, and now our traveling. We owe more on this RV than we are selling it for. I We replaced the toilet that keep breaking for a small apartment toilet.ours is a little different as it has a double refrigerator with an ice maker and a shower. It has a Queen size Number bed in the bedroom slide out with a cedar closet. , and the queen-size Winnebago special automatic sofa. The AC unit is one unit in the back underneath so that the big unit is not on top-it works like a charm, even in our Texas heat. We lived in it for three months while our house was being built. It is a great RV with all the luxuries of a one bedroom apartment, including a washer/dryer combo. The white leather is still in good condition. There is an electric awning on the door side where you can have a big party with the outside amenities drawer TV hookup, stereo system, everything ready for the party. It is used, but not ABUSED. It needs a new blind in the eating area and a new ladder in the back. Everything is in working order. I still have ALL booklets including all originals on this RV. We have not had to do much maintenance on it, just the normal repairs. this is a gem for the right buyers, it can even be a full time RVers dream home.
