I am the second owner. The first owner only took it out a couple of times before selling it to me. His children went to college and he wanted to downsize. My family (my wife and two boys, 1 and 3 years old) traveled the country as "full timers" for almost 2 years. It was a great experience and I highly recommend it to every family that can. As for the RV (or the playhouse as the boys call it) I got all the extras I could for it. It has an all-hydraulic-self-leveling system for the six jacks (saves loads of camp set up and break down time), a 5500 KW Onan gas generator (awesome for emergencies and dry camping/no hook ups), a fuel pump station (w/ a 20 gallon tank to top of your toys or the generator tank, also 20 gallons), a 4 battery bank with solar panel on the roof (with power inverter so the boys could still watch cartoons while dry camping), an antenna amplifier (to boost TV reception), a roof mounted direct TV satellite dish, a full sized (4 door) LP/Electric refrigerator, 2 queen sized bunks that lower from the garage ceiling (as well as the queen in the master bedroom, central vacuum cleaner, a 10 gallon LP/Electric hot water heater, an electric fireplace, a steel house hold kitchen sink and faucets, a porcelain toilet (with foot flush), a gas oven/stove top (3 burner), 2 awnings (the third one over the garage/patio door is broken), and a back up camera. I will be adding more photos in order to give you a better visual of the inside and out. Also I would consider selling my 2013 Ford F-450 Platinum (6.7 diesel, 85,000 miles, KBB suggested retail $45,900) as a package deal ($94,999).
